    OMG I need to keep FB closed… I get those crazy alerts and jump to them!!! I also need to stay focused on the task I’m doing and FINISH it before traveling to the next thing. I love getting ALL my snacks and beverages prepped before starting the morning. Coffee, check. Water, check. Nibble tray full of nuts, dried fruits, hummus, a few sliced veggies, healthy bar… check! Working from home can have you in the kitchen getting things and wasting time. I also think as if I have a boss in the next room. If I was at work, would my boss allow me to go downstairs to change the laundry? Would my boss allow me to make my bed at 11am? Would my boss allow me to shower and get ready at 11:40? I need to do these things BEFORE the work day starts. Waking up earlier, even just 30 minutes, helps.

    1. Hey Hey! Yes, totally … social media and email … same rules apply for me. I only go on at certain times of the day. I actually turned off all my notifications and on my Mac on the upper top right you can literally turn off all your computer notifications too to keep you ubes focused! Thanks for the comment and awesome ideas!
