While there are actual prescribed drugs you can take when suffering from serious anxiety, or clinical depression, to help raise your “happy hormone” levels (because when you are depressed or have a general anxiety disorder you are deficient) there are also drug-free ways to get some of the same effects that make you feel just as good, if not better. 
 
And lord knows, especially right now, that we all need a hit of happy on the regular.
