My Personal Meditation Practice Revealed!

I know … you are probably rolling your eyes right now thinking … whatever … this is some crunch granola *ish!

I used to say the same thing.

Then I actually tried it. Now I don’t know how I could live without it.

Before I started my meditation practice, I was confused and didn’t even know where to start.

I of course turned to the Google Gods to read as much as I could … but I really wanted see how someone actually meditated … so I could find a way to make it my own.

Then … my favorite life and business mentor, Marie Forleo, posted THIS on her blog … and I was like FINALLY … someone I know & trust is showing me the way.

So I thought … maybe I should share my practice with you so that you can see what I do in the hopes you’ll find a way to bring meditation into your life.

There is nothing more important to your personal brand that finding focus and gratitude in your life.

Meditation will help take your life to the next level.

This week I’m pulling back the curtain and revealing my personal meditation practice. I even include my 3 personal mantras!
