“If you want your life to be different, you have to be willing to do something different.” – Hal Elrod

Are you a certified night owl?

Have you just given up on “Mornings” declaring to the world … “I’m not a “morning person” so leave me alone!”

Sound familiar?

I’ve found a better way. A way that brings you more health, less stress, more focus and less overwhelm.

It’s a book and a concept called Miracle Morning and trust me … it’s a GAME CHANGER!

In just 30 days I’ve gained so much clarity and feel much more in control of not only my day, but my LIFE!

Now … doesn’t that sound goooood?

It’s time to stop hitting the snooze button and watch this weeks show!

I’m not a snooze button person, but mornings are meant for coffee, my pad/paper and my computer, not people! The idea of mornings filled with calm, joyful, peaceful and BLISSfilled moments is pretty inviting. I have been very fortunate in not having to have an alarm in my life for the past 25 years….mornings are meditation, coffee, day planning, coffee and coffee. Did I say coffee. Great post, thanks for sometimes going against the grain and making me think! You rock…excited for the NEW JH-Fulltime!!!!

    1. I hear you … coffee!! I love the zen of a quiet morning before the rest of the world is awake, there is a cool swag to that feeling and really sets the pace to my day. No alarm huh? So you wake up naturally??? #morninggoals
