Episode 29: Think Like An Olympic Athlete!

This episode is extra special because I’m interviewing my first ever Olympic Athlete.  The one and only Naya Tapper.

Naya is a professional women’s rugby player for the USA Rugby Women’s Eagles Sevens Team. Naya debuted for the United States in 2016 and is a rising star. She was selected for the squad to play in the 2017 Women’s Rugby World Cup in Ireland.  And women’s USA rugby team even qualified for the Tokoyo Olympics this year and we’ll talk about how (Naya) and her Olympic teammates are coping with the disappointment of that being canceled.

We cover so much and some of the highlights include:
  • Thinking like an Olympic Athlete
  • Dealing with disappointment (and the Tokyo Olympics cancelling)
  • What it means to be a girl on fire
  • Goal setting like an Olympic Athlete
  • And so much more!
