Hello world! I’m so excited to finally introduce you to my personal blog … I call it “Inspired Leadership“.
I write weekly on life and leadership, inspired by the lessons I’ve learned studying Improv theater in Chicago. My passion is to help you live an amazing life, inspire you to take risks and teach you how to lead with focus and influence. To know more about me … click here to read my full bio.
In the meantime, here are the cliff notes:
- I have a successful career in the meetings and convention industry having worked for companies like Marriott, Starwood and Omni over the last 11 years.
- I come from humble beginnings and put myself through high school and college.
- Every success in my life has been a direct result of taking risks, staying positive and surrounding myself with the right people.
- I currently live in Chicago and have been studying Improv theatre here since 2009. I recently graduated from Second City’s prestigous Conservatory program. I was also part of an independent Improv group called “Control Alt Delete” and have taken classes at Stage 773 with Jimmy Carranne. I plan to start the Improv program at iO next.
- I am currently serving as the Vice President of Membership for the Chicago Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.
- I have failed. A lot. But I have also had great success. Both of which inspire me to share my insights to help you life a better life.
