Want to be Fearless? Why that’s a bad idea!

“The Universe buries strange jewels deep within us all, and then stands back to see if we can find them.” – Elizabeth Gilbert, Big Magic

Ooooooooh Snap!!

I am so so so so so excited about this weeks episode of “The Brandprov Show” and think it’s the perfect way to kick off 2016!

I just got back from my honeymoon and while I was in the Caribbean catching those chill vibes of the island … I took some much needed downtime to work on my brand, my business and read a few books that I’ve been drooling over.

One of the books I read was … Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert.

Her name may ring a bell to you … maybe it’s b/c she’s the NY Times best selling author of Eat, Pray Love?  Or maybe seen one of her INCREDIBLE live talks?

This book is her gift to the world and a MUST read.

In this weeks episode of The Brandprov Show, I’m sharing my favorite golden nugget o’ wisdom … it’s so juicy and delicious I can hardly stand it.

Check it out here:

Congrats Judi and welcome back. Great message on fear, perspective, bravery and creativity. We should all enjoy a bit more fear in our lives….it truly is a motivator of mine. I try to turn my fear into positive motivation to get off the dime and get moving.

    1. Hey Doug E Fresh, Happy New Year and good to hear from you. Thanks for the well wishes and congrats. We both celebrated a marriage – how exciting! Hope your holidays were good … I know it was bittersweet. Thinking of you – that blog post was so touching. And thanks for this … having fear along for the ride is so important. You have got to read Big Magic, so good!

Excellent. It is definitely about courage, not avoidance of fear or being fearless (a.k.a. clueless). Love Brene Brown’s book on the subject too, “Daring Greatly”

    1. Courage, yes, that’s the word! I love Brene Brown … her and Elizabeth Gilbert are actually friends. Makes sense! I loved Daring Greatly … funny … I literally just started reading Rising Strong last night. It’s delicious!!!
